Gal Gadot is an Israeli actress and model. She was born on April 30, 1985. Gadot's first leading role in a Hollywood production came as Gisele in "Fast & Furious" (2009).
She was cast in the role of Wonder Woman by director Patty
Jenkins, who was looking for a tall actress who could appear to be Amazonian.
Gadot won the role over other actresses such as Olga Kurylenko, Elodie Yung and
Jaimie Alexander. Gadot has been praised for her portrayal of Wonder Woman
during her debut appearance in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice"
(2016) and later became known as the face of the character.
