Leonard DiCaprio is an American actor and film producer. He first gained recognition for his recurring role in TV sitcom Growing Pains (1991–1992). DiCaprio's breakthrough came when he starred as Jack Dawson in James Cameron's Titanic (1997). The movie earned him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor and won 11 Oscars, setting several box office records. He also starred in Hollywood blockbusters such as The Departed (2006), Blood Diamond (2006) and Inception (2010). His other notable films include The Revenant (2015), for which he won an Academy Award for Best Actor, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019). DiCaprio has received countless awards throughout his career, including three Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, and the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
